The flash flex cable OnePlus 7 Pro is a small flexible circuit that connects the camera's flash module to the motherboard. When you activate the camera flash, this component carries the signal and powers the LED. If the flash no longer lights up, only works at certain times or does not appear in the camera settings, the flex cable is one of the possible causes to check.

Before you begin, switch off the device, disconnect the battery and work on a clean, dry surface. Use an anti-static tool and avoid touching the cable contacts unnecessarily.

Once the cable is back in place, reconnect the battery, switch on the device and test the flash with the camera. If your device's battery is swollen or damaged, do not use it, and do not puncture or bend it.
