Description
This power flex cable for TCL Plex carries the power on/off button and the volume buttons of your device. It connects these controls to the motherboard. When it is faulty, switching on can become unreliable, the buttons may stop responding, or the phone may not wake up properly.
This is a compatible part, made by a third party. It allows you to repair your device yourself. Before you start, switch off the phone, disconnect the battery and work on a clean, dry surface. Use an anti-static wrist strap if possible and avoid bending the cable when refitting it. Remove the current part carefully, without forcing the connectors.
After fitting, check each button several times and test switching on, standby and volume adjustment. Also run a few full charging cycles to check stability. If in doubt or if the device gets unusually hot, stop immediately and check the connection.
