This power / volume flex cable is a compatible spare part for the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus model. It connects the side buttons for power on, power off and volume control to the phone's motherboard. Use non-metallic tools to lift the connectors, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface before handling components. After fitting, reconnect the battery, then test each button one at a time: power on, power off, volume up and volume down. Also check that the flex cable does not overheat during use. If one of the buttons still has no effect, recheck the connectors before drawing any conclusion.
