Description
The Surface Pro 6 (2018) flex cable is a flexible, ribbon-shaped cable that connects the device's motherboard to some of its components. In this case, it is a flex cable supplied together with its flex cable, designed to replace a faulty part on a Surface Pro 6 (2018). A worn or damaged flex cable can cause intermittent faults, a screen that no longer responds correctly, or a function that stops working.

Before you begin, switch the Surface Pro 6 (2018) off completely, disconnect the battery if your model allows it, and work on a clean, clear surface.
