Description
This compatible volume flex cable for iPhone 11 Pro Max carries the volume up and down buttons of the device and, on this version, the NFC circuit. It connects the motherboard to the side buttons and the NFC antenna, which are used for contactless payments and reading badges, among other things. If a volume button no longer responds, the volume is hard to adjust or NFC no longer works, this part is often the cause. It can also be damaged by a fall or by moisture.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery before touching the flex cables. Work on a clean surface, protected from static electricity, and keep the small screws in a precise order. Warm the adhesives slightly if necessary, without overdoing it, and do not bend the flex cable.
After fitting, reconnect the battery, switch the device on and test each volume button as well as the NFC function. If the battery is swollen, stop using it and do not try to puncture or bend it.
