Description
This compatible spare part is designed for a Xbox One Elite device. It replaces the current part when it is faulty, restoring the function of your device. It is a third-party part, offered as an economical solution to repair your Xbox One Elite yourself.
Before you begin, switch the device off completely and disconnect it from any power source. Prepare a clean, well-lit workspace free of static electricity, ideally with an anti-static wrist strap. Keep the screws in a small tray so you don't lose them, and take photos of the connections before disconnecting them. Handle the ribbon cables carefully, without bending or forcing them.
After fitting, check that each relevant function works properly before closing the device completely. If the part is a battery, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles to allow the battery to stabilise. Never use a swollen battery, and never puncture or bend it.
Tips
- Switch off and unplug the device before any work
- Work on a clean surface, free of static electricity
- Photograph the connections before disconnecting the cables
- Never puncture or bend a lithium battery
- Test all functions before closing the device
Fitting
Fitting guide: work with the device switched off, disconnect the battery before touching any flex cable, keep the screws in order and test the part before closing up. A question before ordering? Write to us.
