Description
The NFC chip iPhone X is an electronic component designed to replace the contactless communication chip of a phone. It enables NFC, used for contactless payment, badge reading and pairing with certain accessories. If the NFC function no longer responds or can no longer be activated, this part may be the cause of the problem.
This part is a compatible version, made by a third party. It is not original. Before any work, switch off the device, remove the battery if the model allows it, and work on a clean surface free of static electricity. Handle the small connectors carefully, without forcing them, and note the position of each component you remove.
After fitting, reconnect the battery, switch the device back on and check that NFC is activated in the settings, then test reading a badge or a small test payment if your use allows it. If the battery is swollen, stop using it. Do not puncture it or bend it.
