Description
The Pixel 7a lens holder (Snow) is a chassis part designed to keep the rear camera lens module in place. It ensures a stable position for the optical assembly inside the housing, so the lens stays properly aligned with the sensor. This part is a compatible version made by a third party, intended for the Pixel 7a model.
A worn or cracked lens holder can cause blurry photos, a lens that shifts, or a visible bump around the camera module. Replacing this part restores correct fixing, provided you follow the disassembly steps carefully. Before you start, switch off the device, work on a clean surface and use a suitable tool to avoid scratching the chassis. Remove the current part gently, without forcing it.
Disconnect the battery before any work on the ribbon cables, and do not puncture or bend it. A swollen battery must no longer be used. After assembly, check that the lens module is firmly fixed, that it does not move and that focus works correctly. Power the device back on gradually and watch for any unusual heat.
