Description
The front glass is the glass surface that protects your smartphone's screen and lets touch through. When it is cracked or shattered, it needs replacing, as splinters can injure your fingers and the display quickly degrades. This compatible front glass is designed for the Galaxy Core Prime. It is suitable for repairs of the front glass of this model.
Before you begin, switch off the device and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Prepare a clean, well-lit and dust-free workspace, with suitable tools to open the casing without forcing it. Work with moderate heat to lift the glass, and protect yourself from glass splinters with gloves and safety glasses.
After fitting, check that the touch function works across the whole surface, the sharpness of the display and the seal of the gasket. Remove the protective film from the new glass only once the check is done. If the current part has a damaged screen or a swollen battery, stop using it and handle it with care.
