Description
The Honor Magic 8 Pro telephoto lens is a rear camera module that lets you zoom in on a distant subject without losing too much sharpness. It is added to the device's main module and is mainly used for landscape, event or sports photos. When it is damaged, you often notice a blurred image, hesitant focusing or a cracked lens visible in the centre of the photo. This compatible part replaces the current one so you can take correct pictures again.
Before fitting, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery if your model's procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface, protected from static electricity, with suitable tools and small screws kept in a precise order. Never force a connector or a fragile ribbon cable, and do not bend the cables. A swollen or damaged battery must no longer be used.
After reassembly, check that the camera opens without unusual noise, that focusing works and that the image stays sharp across several zoom levels. Take a few test photos outdoors and then indoors to check colours and brightness. If a fault persists, open the module again to check the connection before drawing any conclusion.
