Description
The Honor Magic7 Pro (2024) periscope telephoto lens is a rear camera module that lets you take photos and videos with greater optical zoom than a standard lens. Its principle relies on a prism that folds the light inside the module, which gives a long focal length without increasing the thickness of the phone. When it is faulty, you may notice a blurry image, a zoom that no longer works or a camera that does not activate.
The part offered is a version compatible with the Honor Magic7 Pro (2024), made by a different manufacturer from the one of the current part. Before starting, switch off the device, disconnect the battery if your model allows it and work on a clean, static-free surface. Handle the module by its edges, without touching the lens, and avoid any strain on the connection ribbons.
After fitting, switch the phone back on and check the focus and the zoom in the camera app, testing several distances. If the image remains abnormal, first make sure the module is properly clicked into place and the connectors are correctly seated before drawing a conclusion.
Tips
- Switch off the device before any work on the camera
- Handle the module by its edges, without touching the lens
- Avoid static electricity: work on a clean surface
- Check focus and zoom after fitting
- Never use a swollen or damaged battery
