Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and, depending on the model, the microSD card. It slides into the side of the phone and lets you insert or remove the cards without opening the device. When it is broken, bent or no longer sits properly, the card is no longer recognised, the phone loses network signal or the tray jams halfway.
This version is a compatible part, made by a third party, and designed for the Samsung A6 (A600 / 2018). It lets you replace the current part without modifying it. Before you start, switch off the phone, remove the case and use the ejector tool to pull out the tray. Compare the shape and notches with the current part before fitting.
After replacement, check that the tray slides without forcing, that the SIM card is held securely and that the network is detected. Work on a clean surface and avoid forcing the tray so you do not damage the holder.
