Description

The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and, on some models, the memory card. It slides into the side of the phone and must stay firmly in place for the network to work properly. This compatible version is designed for the Galaxy S20 and replaces the current part when it is broken, bent or no longer locks in place.

The most common faults it can fix are a tray that no longer ejects, sticks or no longer closes properly, as well as a SIM card that is not recognised because the holder is damaged. For fitting, switch off the phone, remove the case and use the ejection tool to take out the tray. Keep the current part to hand so you can compare the dimensions.

Before you start, prepare a clean, well-lit workspace and avoid any sudden force on the frame. After replacement, check that the tray inserts and locks without play, then test SIM card detection and the mobile network.
