Description
The SIM tray is the small metal part that holds the SIM card and slides it into the phone. On the iPhone 11 Pro, it is removed through the small side hole using an ejector pin. This compatible part replaces the tray when it is bent, cracked, stuck or no longer holds the SIM card properly, which can cause loss of network or a card that is no longer detected.
Models concerned: iPhone 11 Pro, references A2215, A2160 and A2217. Check the reference of your device before ordering. Before you start, switch off the phone, store the SIM card somewhere safe and work on a flat, clean surface. Avoid applying excessive force to the tray and the chassis.
After fitting, insert the SIM card, restart the phone and check that the network and calls work. Make sure the tray slides in and out without force and stays properly closed. For safety, do not puncture or bend any lithium battery, and do not use a device whose battery is swollen.
