Description
The SIM tray is the small metal part that holds the SIM card and keeps it in place inside the phone. On the iPhone 13, it slides into the side slot and makes contact with the card. When it is damaged, bent or worn, the SIM card may no longer be detected, the network may drop, or the tray may jam and no longer eject properly.
This compatible part is offered for the model references A2633, A2482, A2631, A2634 and A2635. It is a third-party manufactured part, designed to replace the existing tray. Before dismantling, switch off the phone, remove the SIM card and use a pin to open the tray. Work on a flat surface and avoid excessive pressure on the logic board.
After fitting, check that the tray slides in and out without forcing, then check SIM card detection and network connection. Only power the phone back on once fitting is complete, and protect the slot from knocks and moisture.
