Description
The SIM tray is the small metal part that holds the SIM card and that you pull out of the side of the phone using an ejector pin. It lets you insert or remove your SIM card without opening the device. This replacement part fits the iPhone 13 Pro and is listed for models A2638, A2483, A2636, A2639 and A2640. It replaces a tray that is damaged, bent, broken or no longer ejects properly.
This part is of Compatible quality, made by a third party. Before fitting, switch off the phone and check your model reference in the settings or on the box. Work on a clean, flat surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, to limit electrostatic discharges. Avoid excessive heat during handling.
After replacement, check that the tray slides in and locks without forcing it. Insert the SIM card, switch the device back on and check that the network is detected. If the tray stays stuck or if the phone shows a swollen or abnormal battery, stop the repair and no longer use the device. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery.
