Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and sometimes the microSD card, and slides into the side of your smartphone. This part, compatible with the Mi 9T Pro, is used to replace a tray that is damaged, bent, broken or no longer closes properly.
A damaged tray can stop the SIM card from being properly recognised, cause network drops or make ejection difficult. Replacing it gives you a clean slot that sits correctly for your card.
Before you start, switch off the device and use a suitable ejector pin to open the slot. Work on a clean surface, away from static electricity. After fitting, check that the tray slides in without forcing and that the card is detected correctly.
