Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and sometimes the microSD card in your phone. It slides into its side slot and makes contact between the card and the motherboard. This compatible tray is designed for the Redmi Note 10 Pro. It replaces the current part when it is broken, bent or no longer holds the card properly.
Before you start, switch off the phone and remove the case. Use the ejection tool to take out the worn tray, then visually compare the old and new ones to check the shape and notches. Work on a clean surface and avoid static electricity by touching a metal surface before handling the components. Insert the new tray without forcing it and check that it slides without excessive play.
After reassembly, power the phone back on and check that the SIM card and the network are detected. If the phone does not recognise it, switch it off, check the position of the card and the tray, then start again. Do not puncture or bend any part of the battery and never use a swollen battery.
