Description
The SIM tray is the small movable part that holds the SIM card and, depending on the model, the microSD card. It slides into the chassis of the Redmi Note 11 and is removed with an ejector or a small pin. This reference is a compatible part, made by a third party, designed for this model.
It is used to replace a tray that is broken, bent, no longer ejects easily or no longer closes properly. A damaged tray can also prevent the SIM card from being properly detected, or leave the phone poorly seated in its housing after a fall.
Before fitting, switch off the device and disconnect it, then compare the old tray with the new one to check the dimensions and shape. Never force it into place. Once fitted, check that it clicks into position, that the SIM card is recognised and that the tray stays properly aligned with the chassis.
