Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and the microSD card of your phone. It slides into a side slot and lets you insert or remove the cards without opening the device. This compatible version is designed for the Honor 50 (2021) and replaces the current part when it is broken, bent or no longer holds the card properly.
Before you start, switch off the phone and remove the protective case. Use the supplied ejection tool or an unbent paperclip to open the tray. To avoid electrostatic discharge, work on a clean surface and avoid rugs or synthetic clothing. Gently warm the edges of the phone if needed to soften the adhesive, but keep the heat moderate.
After fitting, check that the tray slides without forcing and sits firmly in place. Insert the SIM card, close the tray, then switch on the device to check network detection. If the tray catches or sticks out, stop and readjust it before applying any force.

- Switch off the phone before removing the SIM tray.
- Use the ejection tool to avoid scratching the chassis.
- Check that the tray slides smoothly without forcing after fitting.
- Check SIM card detection once the device is switched back on.
