Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and keeps it in place inside the phone. On a Honor 70 Pro (2022), it is used to insert the card and ensure contact with the internal connector. When it is damaged, bent or cracked, the card may not read properly, the network may drop out or the tray may no longer click into place correctly.
This compatible part is made by a third party and replaces the current part without changing how the phone works. Before you start, switch the device off, remove the case and use the ejection tool to take out the old tray. Avoid excessive force and protect the device from static electricity by working on a dry surface.
After fitting, check that the tray clicks in without play, that the SIM card is correctly seated and that the phone detects the network. Then refit the case and switch the device back on. If the battery is swollen or damaged, do not intervene and do not puncture or bend it.
