Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and, depending on the model, the microSD card. It slides into the side of the phone and makes contact with the internal connectors. This part, compatible with the Mi Note 10 Pro, lets you replace a tray that is broken, bent or no longer locks properly.
The most common faults are a tray that no longer ejects, a SIM card that is no longer detected, a tray that gets stuck halfway, or a card that moves inside the tray. Before fitting, switch the phone off completely, remove the SIM card and use the ejection tool to take out the existing tray. Work on a flat, clean surface and do not force anything.
After replacement, check that the tray slides in without resistance and that the SIM card is properly recognised. Avoid electrostatic discharge when handling the part, and do not bend the card holder. The current part can be kept until the checks are complete.
