Description
This compatible SIM tray replaces the holder that takes your Narzo 50A Prime's SIM card and sometimes its microSD card. It restores reliable access to your cards after the current tray has worn, warped or broken. When the tray is damaged, the card may sit incorrectly, the phone may stop detecting it, or the tray may no longer close properly.
Before fitting, switch the device off, remove the case and take out any cards in place. Use an ejector pin to carefully remove the old tray, and avoid excessive force so you do not damage the motherboard. As a precaution, wear an anti-static wrist strap or touch a grounded metal surface regularly.
Once the part is installed, check that the tray slides in without play, that the SIM card is detected and that the phone finds the network. Do not force the tray closed, and keep the old tray until you have fully confirmed that everything works correctly.
