Description
The SIM tray is the small metal or plastic part that holds the SIM card and microSD card and slides into the side of the phone. When it is broken, bent or no longer clicks into place, the card no longer stays put or the phone does not detect it. This compatible version of the SIM tray for OnePlus 10 Pro lets you replace the part without touching the rest of the device.
Before you start, power the phone off completely, then remove the SIM card and the ejector. Work on a clean, flat surface, using a suitable ejector or pin, without forcing anything. Compare the supplied tray with the one removed to check the dimensions and the shape of the cut-outs before inserting it.
Once the tray is refitted, put the SIM card back in, switch the device on again and check that the card is recognised and that the tray sits securely. If the phone still does not detect the card, check the insertion and alignment before concluding there is another fault.
