Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and, depending on the model, the microSD card. It slides into the side slot of the smartphone. When it is broken, bent or worn, the card no longer sits securely, the network connection becomes unstable, or the phone no longer detects the SIM card.
This part, compatible with the Huawei P9 Plus (2016), replaces the damaged tray so you can get normal use of your SIM card back. It is made by a third party and fits the model indicated. Before you start, switch off the phone, remove the case and use the SIM ejection tool to take out the old tray without forcing it.
After fitting, check that the tray slides in without play and that the SIM card is correctly positioned. Switch the device back on and check the card detection and network reception. Handle the part with care, avoid static electricity, and keep the ejection tool out of reach of children.
