Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and, on some models, the memory card. It slides into a side slot on the phone and must stay firmly in place for the network to work properly. This compatible part for Pixel 10 Pro is used to replace the existing tray when it is broken, bent, jammed or no longer ejects properly.
The most common faults involve a tray that no longer comes out, a card that is no longer detected, or a tray cracked at its support. Before you start, switch the phone off, place it on a clean surface and have the right ejection tool ready. Work on a stable surface at room temperature, and avoid static discharge by touching a metal surface before handling the components.
After fitting, check that the tray inserts without forcing, sits flush with the phone body and that the SIM card is recognised after restarting. If the old part was damp or dusty, clean the slot before installing the new one. Never force the tray, as incorrect alignment can damage the internal connector.
