Description
The SIM tray is the small component that holds the SIM card and, sometimes, the microSD card of your phone. It slides into the edge of the Poco C75 and lets you insert or remove your cards without opening the device. Over time it can bend, crack or stop locking properly, causing signal loss, a card that is no longer detected or a tray that slides out on its own. Replacing this component generally resolves these faults.
This part is compatible with the Poco C75 and made by a third party. Before fitting, switch off the phone and remove the faulty tray using an ejection tool, taking care not to force it. Check that the part is identical to the current one by comparing them side by side, then insert it gently, making sure it clicks into place without play.
After reassembly, insert your SIM and microSD cards, turn the device back on and check network and card detection. Work on a flat surface at moderate temperature and avoid touching electronic components to limit electrostatic discharge. If the device is hot or the battery appears swollen, do not use it and do not attempt any repair.
