Description
The SIM tray is the small metal or plastic part that holds one or two SIM cards and connects them to the phone. On the Poco F7 Pro, it can crack, warp or be damaged if it is forced out, which makes the card hard to insert or the network signal unstable. This compatible version replaces the faulty part so the SIM card slot works normally again.
Before you start, switch off the phone and use a suitable ejector needle to open the tray without pressing too hard. Work on a clean, flat surface and protect the screen if needed. Avoid excessive heat and discharge static electricity by touching a metal surface before handling the components.
After fitting, reinsert the SIM card, switch the device back on and check that the network is detected correctly. Also make sure the tray closes without play or resistance. If in doubt, stop and check the alignment before applying force.
