Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and, on some models, the microSD memory card. It slides into a side slot on the phone. When it is broken, bent or no longer sits properly, the card no longer makes proper contact: the network does not show, or the tray no longer closes and lets in dust and moisture.
This compatible SIM tray is designed to replace the current part of the Poco X5 Pro 5G. It is a third-party part, compatible with this model. Before you start, switch off the phone and unplug the charger. Use the ejection tool supplied with your device or a fine needle, and keep the device on a flat, clean surface at room temperature, without forcing anything.
After replacement, insert the SIM card and check that it is correctly positioned, then turn the phone back on. Check that the network is detected and that the tray closes without play. Avoid heat sources and protect your device from static electricity while handling it.
