Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and, depending on the model, the memory card. It slides into its side slot on the smartphone and makes contact with the internal connectors. This compatible part is designed for the Realme C61 and lets you replace the current tray when it is broken, bent or no longer locks in place properly.
The most common faults are a tray that no longer slides in, a SIM card that is not detected, or a tray that gets stuck. Before you start, switch off the phone, remove the case and use the SIM ejector tool to pull the tray out. Work on a flat, clean surface and avoid applying excessive force to the frame.
After fitting, insert a SIM card and check that it is recognised, that the tray slides in without play and that the phone stays securely fixed. Restart the device to check network detection. If the tray is misaligned, pull it out and try again gently.
