Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and sometimes the microSD card, and slides into the phone's chassis. It lets you change cards without opening the device. When it is broken, bent or stuck, the card no longer sits firmly, the phone no longer detects the network, or the tray refuses to go back into its slot.
This compatible part is made by a third party for the Realme C63 model. It replaces the current part without changing the rest of the device. Before fitting, switch the phone off and remove the battery if it is accessible, as work on the card and chassis must be done powered down. Use a suitable ejection tool and a small suction cup to release the tray without forcing it.
After reassembly, check that the tray slides smoothly, that the SIM card is detected and that the network appears. Avoid excessive heat and static electricity when handling the internal components. If the battery is swollen, stop using it and do not puncture or bend it.
