Description
The SIM tray is the small holder that takes the SIM card and, depending on the model, the microSD card. This compatible part is designed for the Redmi 13C. It is used to replace a broken, bent or worn tray, or one that no longer locks in place properly. These faults often stop the card from sitting correctly or being detected.
Before you start, switch off the device and remove the case. Use an ejection tool or a pin to pull out the old tray without forcing it. Work on a clean surface, away from static electricity, and avoid excessive heat.
After fitting, insert the SIM card, power the device back on and check that the network is detected properly. If the part is loose or does not click into place, repeat the operation. Never bend the tray and do not force it into place.
