Description
This compatible SIM tray replaces the SIM card holder of the Redmi Note 12. It lets you insert or remove the SIM card and, depending on the model, the microSD card, without opening the whole phone. It is useful when the tray is broken, bent, jammed or no longer holds the card properly.
Before fitting, switch off the phone and remove the case and the current tray using the ejection tool. Note the exact position of the current part so you can align the new one correctly. Avoid excessive pressure on the screen and do not bend the holder, as it must stay straight to slide in without forcing.
Once the part is in place, check that it slides freely, that the SIM card is held securely and that the phone detects the network. If the card is not recognised, first check its insertion direction and the cleanliness of the contacts. Handle the device carefully and avoid static electricity during the repair.
