Description
This SIM tray is a compatible replacement part for the Redmi Note 13R. It holds the SIM card and, depending on the model, a microSD card. When it is broken, bent, stuck or no longer closes properly, the phone stops recognising the card or the card shifts in its slot. Replacing the tray restores a stable hold and a reliable network connection.
Before you begin, switch the phone off completely and use the ejector tool to remove the old tray. Take the time to compare the current part with the compatible tray to check the shape, the notches and the position of the contacts. Work on a clean surface, away from static electricity, and avoid applying excessive pressure to the chassis.
Once the new tray is in place, reinsert the SIM card and power the phone back on. Check that the card is detected, that the tray closes without forcing it and that it does not wobble. If the phone does not recognise the card, switch it off, check the position of the tray and the card, then restart it.
