Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and microSD card of your smartphone. When it is broken, bent or worn, the card can sit badly, lose contact or stop the phone from detecting the network. This tray, compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite, replaces the existing part so you get a clean, well-fitting slot again.
Before fitting, switch off the phone and remove the SIM card and microSD card. Use a suitable ejection tool to take out the old tray without forcing it. Work in a dry place on a clean surface, and avoid static electricity by touching a metal surface before handling the components. If you need to open the device, disconnect the battery before working on the ribbon cables.
After fitting the new tray, check that it slides without resistance and that the SIM card is correctly seated. Switch the phone back on and check network detection as well as reading of the microSD card. If a swollen or damaged battery appears during the repair, stop using it and do not puncture or bend it.
