Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and, depending on the model, the microSD card. It slides into the side of the phone and is removed using the ejector supplied with the device. When it is broken, cracked, warped or no longer closes properly, the card may no longer be detected, the network may drop or the tray may get stuck. This compatible SIM tray for Galaxy S9 Plus replaces the current part and restores normal SIM card operation.
This part is of the compatible type, made by a third party. Before buying, check that the reference matches your model. Before fitting, switch off the phone, remove the case and take out the SIM card. To remove the tray, use a flat tool or a plastic ejector so as not to scratch the chassis or force the catches.
After replacement, check that the tray slides without excessive play and locks properly. Put the SIM card back, then restart and check network detection. If the phone shows a swollen battery, do not try to open it and stop using it.
