Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and, depending on the model, the microSD card. It slides into the side slot of the phone. When it is damaged, bent or broken, the card no longer sits properly, the phone does not detect it, or the tray refuses to insert. This compatible tray for U11 Plus replaces the current part so that the card slot works normally again.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and remove the case. Use a suitable ejection tool to take out the old tray, without forcing it or levering against the chassis. Check that the new tray is properly aligned before pushing it fully in, then put the SIM card back in the direction shown.
After fitting, restart the phone and check that the card is recognised, that the network appears and that the tray inserts without play. Avoid excessive heat during the repair and work on a clean surface, away from static electricity.
