Description
The SIM tray is the small metal or plastic part that holds the SIM card and, sometimes, the microSD card. It slides into the side of the device and lets you load or remove these cards without opening the phone. This part, compatible with the LG V35 ThinQ, replaces a tray that is damaged, broken, bent or no longer locks correctly.
A damaged tray can cause several problems: the SIM card is not detected, the tray no longer ejects, it sits loosely or the network connection becomes unstable after handling. The replacement fixes these faults when the defect really comes from the tray itself and not from the card or the internal connector.
Before you start, switch off the smartphone and take a suitable SIM pin. To avoid electrostatic discharge, work on a clean, stable surface. After fitting, check that the tray clicks into place without force, that the SIM card is recognised and that the network displays correctly before closing the device.
