Description
The SIM tray is the small part that holds the SIM card and, depending on the model, the memory card. It slides into its slot on the side of the phone. When it is broken, bent or worn, the card may not sit properly, the phone stops detecting the SIM or the tray jams. This compatible tray is designed to replace the current part of the Xiaomi 12 Pro and restore correct card retention.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and remove the case. Use the SIM ejector tool to open the slot without forcing it, then gently release the old tray. Take care with static electricity when handling the parts, and avoid excessive heat. Do not bend the tray and never force its insertion: it should slot into place without effort.
After fitting, check that the tray slides freely and that the SIM card is held securely. Turn the phone back on and confirm that the network is detected. If you are unsure about the fit, redo the installation rather than pushing harder.
