Description
The vibrator is the small motor that makes the phone vibrate during a call, a notification or tactile feedback. This compatible part is designed for the Samsung Galaxy A5 model A520 from 2017. It replaces the existing vibrator when it no longer produces vibration or emits an abnormal noise.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, with suitable tools and an anti-static mat if possible, to protect components sensitive to static electricity. Note the position and orientation of the removed vibrator, and keep the small screws in a precise order.
After fitting, reconnect the battery, switch the device back on and test the vibration with several notifications and a call. Check that no ribbon cable is pinched and that the phone closes properly. If the battery is swollen, do not use it and never puncture or bend it.
