Description
The vibrator is a small motor inside the phone. It produces the vibrations for calls, notifications and tactile feedback when typing. This part, compatible with the G6 model, can replace a vibrator that no longer works or vibrates weakly.
Before any work, switch off the device and disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface and limit static electricity. Never puncture the lithium battery or bend it. If it is swollen, stop using the phone and do not attempt to charge it.
Once the fitting is complete, check that the vibrator triggers during a call, a notification and keyboard typing. Make sure all connectors are properly clicked in before closing. Then carry out a few full charging cycles to confirm correct operation.
