Description
The vibration motor is the small motor that makes the phone vibrate during calls, notifications and certain keyboard actions. On the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, it provides that discreet but useful tactile feedback in everyday use. This compatible part is designed to replace the faulty vibration motor of this model.
A vibration motor that no longer triggers, vibrates weakly or emits an abnormal buzzing can be replaced with this part. Before fitting, switch off the phone, disconnect the battery when the guide indicates it, and work on a clean, flat surface. Avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface, and never force the ribbon cables or connectors.
After reassembly, check the vibration motor's operation with a test call and a notification. If the battery was disconnected, reconnect it and let the device complete a few full charge cycles before intensive use. Never use a swollen battery, do not puncture it and do not bend it.
