Description
The vibrator is the small motor that makes the phone vibrate during calls, notifications and touch input. This part, compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, lets you replace a faulty vibrator when the device no longer vibrates or produces an abnormal buzzing.
Before you start, switch the smartphone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface with suitable tools, and avoid electrostatic discharge by touching a metal surface before handling the components. Take the time to locate the connectors and the small screws, and never force the ribbon cables.
After fitting, reconnect the battery, switch the device on and test the vibration with several notifications and a call. Also check that the phone does not overheat abnormally. If you are unsure about the current part or your own skills, it is better to find out more before going further.
