Description
The vibrator is the small motor that makes the phone vibrate during calls, notifications and haptic feedback. This compatible part is designed for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and lets you replace a faulty vibrator when the vibrations are weak, absent or noisy. It is made by a third party and offered as an affordable alternative for a repair at home.
Before fitting, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery before working on the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface, use an antistatic tool and do not force the connectors. Handle the part by its edges to avoid an electrostatic discharge.
After reassembly, check the function by activating the vibration for calls, notifications and the keyboard. Make sure the vibrator is firmly secured and that the ribbon cables are not pinched. If the battery is swollen, do not use it and never puncture it.
