Description
This compatible vibration motor replaces the vibration motor of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, reference SM-S711B. It produces the haptic feedback during calls, notifications and typing on the screen. If your phone no longer vibrates, or the vibration is weak, jerky or noisy, the current part is probably the cause.
Before you start, switch the smartphone off completely and disconnect the battery when the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface with suitable tools, and protect the components from static electricity by avoiding unnecessary contact with the connectors. Keep a moderate temperature during the repair and never force connectors or ribbon cables, which are fragile.
Once the vibration motor is fitted, check that it works before closing the device completely: test notifications, calls and keyboard vibration. If in doubt, check the connections. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery, and stop using a device if its battery is swollen.
