Description
The vibrator, also called haptic motor or Taptic Engine, is the small component that makes the phone vibrate during calls, notifications and certain tactile feedback. This compatible part is designed to replace the faulty vibrator of an iPhone 11, compatible with references A2221, A2111 and A2223.
A vibrator fault is noticed when the phone no longer vibrates, vibrates weakly or makes an abnormal noise. Replacing this part restores correct tactile feedback without touching the rest of the device. Before you start, switch off the iPhone, disconnect the battery to avoid any short circuit, and work on a clean surface using anti-static tools.
After fitting, check the function by testing several notifications and a call. Handle the flex cables with care, without bending or forcing them, and check that the screws are properly tightened. If the device battery is swollen, do not use it and do not puncture or bend it.
