Description
This compatible vibration motor replaces the vibration motor of the Mi A3. It handles notifications, calls and touchscreen feedback. When it is faulty, the phone no longer vibrates, or the vibration is weak, irregular or noisy. This part is a third-party product compatible with the Mi A3 model.
Before you start, switch off the phone and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, to avoid electrostatic discharge. Use suitable tools so you do not damage the ribbon cables or connectors, and note the exact position of the old vibration motor before removing it.
After fitting, switch the device back on and test the vibration with a call, a notification and the keyboard. Check that the part is securely fixed and that the ribbon cables are properly clicked into place. If a battery is involved, do not puncture it, bend it or use a swollen battery.
