Description
The vibrator is the small motor that makes the tablet vibrate for notifications, calls and certain touch feedback. This compatible part lets you replace a faulty vibrator when the device no longer vibrates or produces an abnormal noise. It is made by a third party and offers an economical solution to repair the Note "8.0" (2013) without replacing the entire tablet.
Before fitting, switch off the tablet, unplug the charger and, if possible, disconnect the battery to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean, flat surface, with an anti-static mat if you have one, and note the position and orientation of the current vibrator. Handle the ribbon cables with care, without bending or pulling them.
After reassembly, check that the tablet vibrates correctly for notifications and calls, without abnormal noise. Also check that the screen and buttons still work. If the battery is swollen or unusually hot, stop using it and do not try to puncture or bend it.

- Switch off the tablet and unplug the charger before any work.
- Disconnect the battery before touching the internal ribbon cables.
- Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static wrist strap if possible.
- Note the position of the current vibrator before removing it.
- Test the vibration and overall operation after reassembly.
