Description
The vibration motor is the small motor that makes the phone vibrate during calls, notifications and certain commands. On the OnePlus 8 Pro, it needs replacing when the vibrations are weak, absent or accompanied by an abnormal noise. This compatible part is designed to replace the current part without changing the rest of the device's operation.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean, flat surface with an antistatic tool to avoid damaging the components. Do not bend the ribbon cables and do not force the connectors. If the battery is swollen, stop using it and never puncture it.
Once the assembly is complete, switch the device back on and test the vibrations in several modes: call, notification, keyboard. If the battery was disconnected, let the phone charge normally and carry out a few full charge cycles to check stability. If in doubt, go through the assembly again step by step.
