Description
The vibration motor is the small motor that makes the phone vibrate during a call, a notification or touch feedback. On the Poco C65, this is a part compatible with this model, made by a third party. It is used to replace the current vibration motor when it no longer works, for example if the phone no longer vibrates at all or if the vibration is weak, irregular or accompanied by abnormal noises.
Before you start, switch off the phone and disconnect the battery if your model allows it, to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean surface, protected from static electricity, and note the position of the screws and connectors to make reassembly easier. Never force the ribbon cables and do not use metal tools on the electronic components. If the battery is swollen, do not use it and do not puncture, puncture or bend it.
After fitting, switch the device back on and test the vibration with a call or a notification, then check that the phone does not overheat abnormally. Only close the casing once the tests are conclusive.
